The Exciting Opportunity

The position of Reception Team Member has become available at Holiday Inn London - Camden Lock. Reporting into Front Office Manager, you will be responsible for

  • Welcoming Guests, perform check in/ check out, demonstrate a ‘Service’ attitude and take ownership of guest’s request at all times.
  • Maintain cashier float, handle the correct billing of guest expenses.
  • Attends to guest’s complaints and resolve it as per company standards. Assist with training new front office team members.

The successful applicant for this role will deliver excellent customer service, have a positive ‘can do’ attitude, be willing to learn and show that they care.

We are looking for someone who can communicate well with others, can carry out instructions, is able to pay close attention to detail and will commit to providing outstanding service to our guests. Experience within a similar role is preferable but full training is provided.
