The Exciting Opportunity

The position of Assistant Conference & Events Operations Manager based across Conference and Banqueting, has become available at The Cambridge Belfry Hotel. Reporting into the C&E Operations Manager, you will support in managing the day to day operation, controlling the departmental costs and revenue and playing a role in the management of health & safety across the department. The role would suit a candidate with a strong background in F&B or someone looking for their next step in a C&E department with a Centre of Excellence and Gold Accredited Venue Verdict team. The successful applicant for this role will deliver excellent customer service, have a positive ‘can do’ attitude, be willing to learn and show that they care.

What Are We Looking For?

We are looking for someone who can communicate well with others, can carry out instructions, is able to pay close attention to detail and will commit to providing outstanding service to our guests. Experience of hotels and banqueting is preferable but full training is provided.
